WebAug 28, 2015 · OpticsRE allows you to log in to your system to view real time data, as well as historical data, alarms, alerts, and settings. To get your system online, you need a Mate3 (not a Mate or Mate2) or an AXS Port. Either of these devices can be plugged into your ethernet hub, switch, or WiFi hotspot to connect to the Internet. WebIf you have a Mate3s verify that the Port screen shows the OpticsRE status as connected. More troubleshooting details are available for the Mate3 . Use a cat5e twisted pair ethernet cable or better to connect to the Mate3. We've seen some improvement in connectivity when using better shielded ethernet cables.
