I'd say keep the OFR studs as they are high quality anyway - I also prefer the finer threading of the OFR studs than the Gotoh ones.

WebNov 3, 2013 · I have 4 moderns. 3 with Gotoh Floyd and 1 Gotoh 510. A floyd is a floyd. I have Charvels with Original Floyds. They are all a touch temperamental. IME it's still a $200 hardware on a $3k instrument. Suhr does a fine job setting them up, tho. It's not like the POS TRS. :lol: It's actually better made than an Edge, based on materials, like the brass trem block.. Their current arm is threaded and has a tension adjustment at the top, way better than the bushing system, IMO.
